Healthperm Training Center FZ-LLC (HP IELTS Training) is fast surfacing as a leading powerhouse in the language proficiency arena. It started out with the overwhelming demand for online IELTS tutorials mostly coming from the Middle East with high concentration in the UAE. With that, a vision of having an IELTS center in Dubai from the Director, David Sumner, came to light. As of writing, Healthperm IELTS Training has its office at Unit 407, Building 25, Dubai Healthcare City equipped with state-of-the-art facility: a resource room, a huddle room, a lecture room, 2 coaching rooms, executive office and a reception area.

Mark Anthony Doblas has almost a decade of experience in English language teaching ranging from ESL to IELTS and many other English examination qualifications. Being a NINER, his expertise is in the field of IELTS having maximized his achievements on all IELTS exam types be it standard IELTS Academic, IELTS General Training and IELTS UKVI with his most recent feat of no score below 8.5 in all components. He has attended numerous seminars and teachers’ coaching from both the British Council and IDP in the Philippines and abroad; He has conducted IELTS orientations in many key locations in the Philippines and in Asia specifically in Singapore, Hong Kong, Bangkok, Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Dubai. Mark is also well versed in many other standardized English examination preparation courses including IELTS Life Skills, TOEFL, OET and TOEIC. Mark is a Registered Nurse in the Philippines but decided to establish his career in teaching so to support his aim, he took a diploma course in Professional Education and is also a Licensed Teacher in the Philippines. To solidify his skills, he participated in further studies including Masters in Early Childhood Education and he also gained a TESOL certificate (Teaching English to Speakers of Other Languages).
He started out his English teaching career in ESL schools and later became the coordinator of the IELTS department in JROOZ Review Center with branches in Cebu, Manila, Makati, Davao and Baguio. Mark then established Fehan Utest Review Center in Manila and Cebu. As Director, he drove the center to its success with its IELTS, TOEFL and OET programs in place. Currently, he acts as the Training Manager of Healthperm Training Center in Dubai Healthcare City where he helps aspiring nurses to land their dream jobs in the UK. In addition, he volunteers as IELTS instructor for the Filipino Institute to help his kababayans reach their target scores.
Angela is a registered nurse in the Philippines, with over nine years of experience in different aspects of the teaching industry in relation to English. TESOL/TEFL certified by Fort Hays State University, Kansas USA. She trained the IELTS curriculum for 5 years and was also the Research and Development team head for facilitating an English test for Japanese Communications skills. Angela is an accredited examiner by Japan Institute of Practical Foreign Languages.
Angela is a learner centered, innovative teaching professional with a genuine interest in students' cognitive growth. She is actively involved in all areas of education including curriculum development (TOEFL, TOIEC, IELTS and OET), involvement in professional communities, teacher mentoring, student career preparation. Angela combines a strong passion for English and writing expertise to motivate and inspire students, while creating a fun and challenging learning environment. A self-driven leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who enjoys effectively collaborating with all levels of staff members and fosters quality relationships with students.
